HAZMAT Plans & Programs' 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher training course satisfies OSHA's HAZWOPER requirement for eight hours annual training as mandated by OSHA 29 CFR 1920. 120. The focus of this course changes yearly to reflect trends and practices, regulatory updates and timely topics. The 8 Hour Refresher seminar is Instructor-Led and takes place in Denver, Colorado.

OSHA Regulations, 29 CFR 1910. 120, says this about HAZWOPER refresher training:
29 CFR 1910. 120 Appendix E...
The 8 hour annual refresher training required in 29 CFR 1910. 120(e)(8) should be conducted by qualified training providers. Refresher training should include at a minimum the following topics and procedures:
a) Review of and retraining on relevant topics covered in the 40 hour program as appropriate, using reports by the students on their work experience....
The OSHA HAZWOPER 8 Hr. Refresher training is a one day course. Students will receive a HAZMAT Plans & Programs wallet card and certificate upon successful completion of the course.
Cost: $125. 00
