The Fall Protection/ Fall Prevention course is Instructor Led training and takes place in our Denver, Colorado training facility.
The OSHA rule, Fall Protection 29 CFR 1926. 500 Subpart M, clarifies what an employer must do to provide fall protection for employees in the workplace, such as identifying and evaluating fall hazards and providing specific training.
In our Fall Protection Safety training class, students will learn the difference between Fall Protection and Fall Prevention and the OSHA rules that apply to each. Students will become familiar with using the Federal Code of Regulations to look up the General Requirements, Scope and Applications as well as the responsibilities and requirements of being the designated Competent Person on the job site. The students will also have hands on use of Fall Protection systems during this course.
The Fall Protection training class takes place in our Denver Metro classroom. The class usually runs about 4 hours dependent on the exchange of questions between students and instructor. Students will receive an HP&P certificate card showing completion of Fall Protection training at the end of the class.
