As a CCVP Plus, you will not only know how to administer Cisco UCM 7. 0, but will also have working knowledge of how to configure and administer basic Cisco Presence 7. 0, Contact Center Express, MeetingPlace Express, Unity Connection, CME/ Unity Express. Basically, you will be a CCVP with a wider and more comprehensive skills set, where as if you take Cisco's official course, you will just be a CCVP.

The BIG QUESTION: How do we do it? How do we reduce 25 days course to 12 days
Repeated TOPICS
Many topics are repeated 2 to 3 times. i. e.
o Deployment Model Single Site vs. Multi Site
Covered in CVOICE
Covered in CIPT 1
Covered in CIPT 2 However, we only cover these topics in one chapter.
Each type of gateway such as H323, SIP, MGCP and Gatekeeper is repeated in CVOICE, CIPT1 and TUC
Unnecessary TOPICS
There is a whole new chapter just on how to install software known as Cisco VT Advantage. Now do you really want to pay an institute $16, 000 to learn how to install software? Anyone can install Cisco VT Advantage which is like installing MS Office. We have eliminated unnecessary topics that are not covered in the exams
Self Study Kit for QoS module
a) We have removed the QoS module however, the voice module is covered. The reason why we removed the QoS, is that if you do not have a background in Routing and Switching, you will not understand QoS at all. Besides, most of the tasks in the QoS is theoretical which you can
read at www. cisco. com for FREE. So why not just focus on the QoS part that is related to VOICE. We provide a self-study kit for QoS plus rack access for candidates to practice along with the Lab Guide. However, we strongly suggest that candidates read their QoS part from QoS SRND which is free documentation. We reduce theory, because we believe you can read the detail theory of any particular topic from Cisco SRND Guides (SRND = Solution Reference Network Design Guide) available from www. cisco. com/ go/ srnd We focus mostly on the LAB which gives you the basic theory of what a Hunt Group is, for example, and show you the lab and let you do the lab. From the Troubleshooting Module, we have removed the repeated topics and focus on new topics and the labs.

What to expect from CCVP Plus: You will learn how to deploy, configure, install VoIP solutions and test the labs. At theend of the class, you will be familiar with how to design Enterprise Level Networks. We provide basic theory; you will learn how to do the most complicated CCVP lab available which Cisco does not offer. Practice Test questions will be provided and reviewed as part of the class Labs will be conducted in the CCIE VOICE Racks therefore you will be familiar with how CCIE Candidates prepare for the most notorious lab out there Aside from the regular CCVP, you will also learn the following applications that are highly in demand such as Cisco Communication Manager Express (for small business) Cisco Unity Connection and Express Cisco Presence Server 7. 0 Cisco MeetingPlace Express 2. 0 Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 7. 0 No other CCVP bootcamp in the world as of Jan 2009 is offering this package. Let's be honest, you will not be an expert on these extra 6 programs. However, you will be familiar with what they are, how they work, and how to make these modules work with the rest of the CCVP modules.
What we expect from the candidate: Read the Cisco SRND Guide prior to the class, during the class as well as after the class Complete all the labs as soon as possible while continuing to read the SRND Guides. Take a topic and try extra labs if possible. Willing to stay in class for 10 to 12 hours per day
