Instructor Development Course
The ASHI Instructor Development Course (IDC) is designed to impart to providers the knowledge and skills they need to become effective educators. Participants develop the confidence and competence needed to teach, evaluate, and certify participants in ASHI training programs. Not everyone is a born teacher, but ASHI s Instructor Development Course prepares anyone to become an accomplished Instructor. The IDC s core content consists of fundamentals of presentation and skills instruction. The IDC program can be customized with provider-level program content to meet Instructor-candidates needs.
