Working with people had never been easy. For organizations to continue to perform well and meet their stakeholdersa ™ expectations, employees at all levels need to bring out the best from the people they manage. Unfortunately in the process of getting things done, we have to deal with conflicts as well. Conflict is inevitable in work life. Each of us needs to master the critical skills so that we are in a better position to respond to conflicts we face in our work environment.
