SAP HR Course Overview
This HR training is designed to start with a basic overview of the module and end with advanced knowledge of configuration and testing.
The SAP HR training enables companies to effectively manage information about the people in their organization. It is integrated with other SAP modules and external systems. From the Organization Management perspective, companies can model a business hierarchy, the relationships of employees to various business units and the reporting structure among employees.
The Personnel Administration (PA) sub module helps employers to track employee master data, work schedules, salary, training and benefits information. The Personnel Development (PD) functionality focuses on employees' skills, qualifications and career plans. Finally, the Time Evaluation and Payroll sub modules process attendance and absences, gross salary and tax calculations, and payments to employees and third party vendors.

SAP PROJECT
Our SAP Projects are simulations of the REAL SAP job positions designed by experienced SAP consultants, experts and instructors based on the REAL SAP Projects from REAL companies which can provide the REAL SAP working experience to our students.
The structures of the SAP Projects are different from the SAP standard classes. During the project, the students will pretend to be a full time employeesa to do the project within every business day. One Project Group includes Group Members (students), a Technical Leader (instructor), and a Project Manager (instructor). The Technical Leader can help the Group Members do their daily job all the time, and the Project Manager will hold a meeting once a week to manage and control the whole project. If the students have problem or questions regard to the Project, they can ask the Technical Leader right away or talk to the Project Manager during the weekly-meeting.
Victoria College will provide all documents, software, facilities and equipments such as Project Plan, SAP System, Computers and Offices to our students. So our SAP Projects are just like real SAP Job Positions in the real world.
The objective of our SAP Projects is to improve the studentsa practical skills and provide the real SAP HR working experience to our students in order to meet the current job requirements.
