Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals.
It is a defined set of activities that uses resources (money, people, materials, energy, space, communication, motivation, etc.) to achieve the project goals.
Despite the sophisticated tools that have been developed over many years, still many projects fail today.
The reasons for failure are ample and most often related to lack of appropriate and transparent communication. Team members often do not share a common understanding of the project's goals and strategies. And, often the goal itself lacks clarity, resulting in confusion from the very beginning. In addition, strategies are changed ad-hoc, resulting in confusion and frustration.
This workshop addresses the apparent underlying reasons for project problems and failure and consists of a communication, goals/ outcomes, persuasion & influence, negotiation and problem solving module.
