Highlights include wetland identification methods, wetland laws and permit requirements and wetland mitigation opportunities for landowners. We will also discuss recent Supreme Court rulings about wetlands and the implications these rulings have on Federal and State regulations. For your convenience, this class is offered either in the morning or afternoon.
