Aromatherapy essential oils have a range of effects on the body with many applications to use; aromatically (smelling), diffused in the air, steam inhalation (for colds, sinuses) and absorbed through the skin. Different oils are used to achieve a therapeutic effect on the body depending on each individual and considering their medical condition, etc. To learn more about which oils are particularly effective in different situations.
