Ensuring your staff know their responsibilities towards equality and diversity in the workplace helps to embed a culture where staff are free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. This three-hour session is fast paced with plenty of group activities and employment law cases to underpin the training.

• To understand what constitutes bullying, harassment and discrimination
• Uncover some realities that are hidden by propaganda in the media
• Achieve competency requirements
