AS9100 is a quality management system (QMS) developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group, or IAQG. Many suppliers to the aerospace industry are required to have AS9100 Registration. This course provides a basic understanding of AS9100: what it is and what it requires from a company. The student has up to 1 year to access the training. However, it must be completed at one sitting, it cannot be saved and restarted later.
Aerospace Standard General Employee Training AS9100 includes the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 along with the addition of 80 additional requirements critical to Aerospace Quality. This international standard is administered by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) and referred to by three different names: AS 9100 (Americas) = EN9100 (Europe) = JISQ9100 (Asia Pacific), although it is recognized as the same standard globally. AS9100 requires an organization?s QMS to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Customer satisfaction is increased through the application of the system and using a process approach for continual improvement of the system, much like ISO 9000. After you place your order, you will receive a user name, password and log-in instructions.
You will log-in and work through our interactive training for approximately 1/2 hour. The training includes slides, audio and quizzes.

Assessment
Assessment is based upon satisfactory completion (80%) of each of the three quizzes and the final exam. Upon successful completion of the final exam, the student will be able to print a Training Certificate.
