We show where Scenario Planning fits in with the established management tools such as Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard, Business Intelligence, Business Process Reengineering and Culture Change
SESSION 2 - What is Scenario Planning?
We explain what the term means
SESSION 3 - Who does Scenario Planning?
We show which organizations use Scenario Planning globally, regionally and locally within your particular industry or government ministry.
SESSION 4 - What are the Benefits?
We explain in detail the benefits, in terms of improved risk management and compliance, improved competitive positioning for both industry and government and improved financial management. Failure Mode Effect Analysis, as used regularly by engineers, plays an important role here, as does Corporate Social Responsibility. The major deliverables are opportunities and threats to your organization of which you were not previously aware.
SESSION 5 - Organizational Competitor Analysis
We show how established competitor analysis and benchmarking are an important source of information regarding the organization's future.
SESSION 6 - How does Scenario Planning Work?
We show how the process works, from "Horizon Scanning" to "Scenario Development" to "Story Writing".
