COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed as a the next step for participants who have successfully completed the Niagara AX Certification course and now would like to dig deeper and explore engineering in a real world scenario. Our instructor will offer suggestions and direction on how to successfully deploy a completed project in a real-world environment. We will go deeply into many topics and we can even look at one of your own projects if you would like to work on it while attending the course.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
1. Introduction to Niagara AX software
2. Exposure to the Niagara Framework and Graphical components model.
3. Introduction to the PX graphics editor, and deployment of graphical content for
the end user project.
4. Provide the participant with a functional working knowledge of the software
navigation, function, and deployment.
COURSE TOPICS
Upon completion of this course, participants will have been given the tools
necessary to successfully design and engineering a project from conception to
completion. During the course we will explore some more advance topics listed
below. The course will cover the following topics:
Niagara Fundamentals
Review of interface and version updates.
Review of the NIC s licensing statements.
Review of Kit Control Objects
Energy management
Using your personal palette
Networking review, TCP/ IP, IP6
Review of drivers and connections (networking)
o NDIO network
o OBIX Network
o Provisioning Network
o Niagara Network
o Integration of Lon and BACnet networks
o Review of controls suppliers equipment
o Admin stations and concepts.
Flex driver
BQL tools and techniques
Module and Driver Wizard what do I need to know?
Naming Concepts and concerns
Toolsets for you personal tools
Drawing tools, Visio, Autodesk, Corel
Project design and management.
