To offer an affordable, high-value career transition program for professionals who want support in realizing their vision for their career. Career coaching provides the client with the support needed to create and implement their new, more fulfilling career direction.
To embrace strategies that result in greater opportunities. To share ideas and provide feedback with other professionals who have similar challenges. To offer an affordable alternative to one-on-one coaching.

Format:
Coaching sessions are 1 hour, 3x a month for 4 months. Each participant gets a
2-3 minute check-in each meeting along with 1 minute of feedback. We then provide a
15-minute presentation on a relevant topic and start discussion. Each session a volunteer will be coached on an issue of their choice.
Enrollment:
Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 8 per group. Four month commitment (12 sessions). Cost is $99 per month (3 sessions).
Program starts in March 2009a Wednesdays at 10am CST:
March 4th, 11th, 18th; April 8th, 15th, 22nd
May 6th, 13th, 20th; June 3rd, 10th, 17th
