This series of eight one-hour modules, adapted by your instructor with permission from a Booz, Allen, Hamilton training program, is designed for experienced project managers who may already know something about Earned Value but need detailed information on how to effectively implement it in their projects. Earned Value Management 8-Module Tutorial
This course includes eight one-hour modules offered online every Tuesday at 11: 00 AM EST (GMT -5: 00), starting with the first module on February 10. You can sign up for the modules individually, or take all of them at a 50 discount.
