An accelerated distance learning BA degree program for those who have an AA degree or credit from professional qualifications, training, etc. The syllabus is individually negotiated according to student preferences and built up from selected textbook-based course units drawn from a variety of available units. Typical study time: 18 months. The course leads to a degree validated by Calamus International University, a non-US, non-UK university that is not accredited by any government-recognised agency but can suit counsellors and therapists in private practice subject to any local requirements.
Students may join the program at any time of year.
Due to the credit crunch this program is available at the extremely favourable tuition fee of GBP (Pounds Sterling) 995 (excluding textbooks).

An accelerated program requiring an AA degree or credit from professional qualifications, trainings, etc. If insufficient credit is available, bridging courses can be provided.
The syllabus is individually negotiated and can drawn from textbook-based units in counselling psychology, general psychology, abnormal psychology, counselling skills, psychotherapy studies, stress management, NLP, hypnotherapy studies, transpersonal psychology and other areas of interest including electives from other majors. There is also the opportunity for some work to be done by tutor-approved independent study projects assessed by essays. Credit can be given for external CEUs obtained during the course.
The typical programme will last 18 months. Entry to the program is at any time of year.
Please note that this program does not lead to UK Chartered Psychologist status or APA membership. It is geared to entry to higher degrees of Calamus International University but not necessarily entry to higher degrees at other universities.
