BA degree in Change Agent Studies (distance learning)
An accelerated program requiring an AA degree or credit from professional qualifications, trainings, etc. If insufficient credit is available, bridging courses can be provided.
The course can be taken with a bias towards individual change (e. g. therapy and coaching), corporate change or a mixture of the two.
The syllabus is individually negotiated after enrolment, and can drawn from textbook-based units in counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, life and executive coaching, stress management, NLP, personal development and organisational change/ organisational development. Within this range students can select the mix of options which suits their learning needs.
There is also the opportunity for some work to be done by tutor-approved independent study projects assessed by essays. Credit can be given for external CEUs obtained during the course.
The typical programme will last 18 months. Entry to the program is at any time of year.
