The field of contemporary spirituality includes wisdom from both modern expressions of mainstream religion and scholarly or inspirational texts from new or revived spiritual systems including Eastern, Celtic, Jewish Renewal, Interfaith, Spiritualist, Pagan, Western esoteric and other perspectives. Material is also drawn from the modules available in Religious Studies, Jewish Studies, Interfaith Studies, Workplace Spirituality, Personal Development, Esoteric Studies, Regression and Reincarnation Studies, Shamanic and Primal Studies, Workplace Spirituality, Depth Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology. Within these wide parameters there are no core units and the student may draw up a personal study plan based upon special interests. This is an accelerated degree - students must have an Associates degree or else credit from other qualifications, work experience, etc. Entry to the course may be at any time of year subject to availability of places. The program leads to a Bachelor's degree from Calamus Int'l University, a global distance learning university that is not accredited by any government-recognised agency (see our profile for further info). Due to the credit crunch this program is available for a tuition fee starting from GBP (Pounds Sterling) 995 plus textbooks as necessary.
