This highly interactive and practical 2-day training workshop uses the concepts of Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) to focus on the key principles that increase the chances of project success.
Our delivery and knowledge sharing ethos does not involve extensive lecturing or examinations. Our experience has told us that embedding learning is about doing rather than being told, enabling rapid application and reinforcement of learning. About The Training Provider: Fast Forward Project Management
Fast Forward Project Management - It doesnt take much to realise that more formal project management methods are just not working and dont work in isolation; Project failure statistics have remained constantly poor since they were first introduced. Whilst we fully support any method that instils elements of PM discipline and rigour we do know that just sitting in classrooms preparing for and taking exams is not the solution.
