What you will learn at your ease:
Project Management in P6 Client-Server provides hands-on training for Oracle's Project Portfolio Management client/ server-based solution. The course leads participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. Topics include adding activities, assigning resources, and creating a baseline. Participants also will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. The three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs are stressed.
