Course Description
Quality Control (QC) ensures that products and services are designed and produced to meet or exceed customer expectations. "Quality Control" is a course that introduces the basics for understanding, developing, and implementing a quality control program. We review several key definitions, tools used (basic statistics and graphs), and emerging industry techniques- such as Six Sigma and Lean. We also present relevant case studies that show implementation steps for several industry and government quality control programs, and the challenges faced.
This course also provides an excellent foundation for further study in Six Sigma, Lean, Total Quality Management, or Operations Management.

I want to not system of who to work. How do I get the check sheets and formats. I need the check sheet of Electrical (HT & LT), DG, HVAC, Fire detection & protection, Lift, BMS, plumbing, WTP etc. Are those available with you? . If yes, then is it possible to show me few check lists (one each), so that I can show it to my boss for approval of fund? . How the entire work QMS (QA, QC & technical audit) is being done for service related matter? . Any other I need to develop.
