Overview
If strategic management only remains a philosophy (often misunderstood to be the job of senior manager) and is not worked out with a practical operational framework, it never gets implemented. This workshop provides a practical framework for data and information collection, fact finding exercises and analyses which then become the basis for brainstorming and drawing conclusions for decisions on strategic choices by the management team of the company. The whole experience from the bottom-line point of view helps to craft strategies to build sustainable completive advantages.
