This service is available by either by attending one of our regularly scheduled classes or by scheduling a private proctoring session. ServSafe Exam Proctor Do you need your ServSafe food safety or ServSafe alcohol exam proctored? Hospitality Edcuation Services can help. We can proctor your exam privately or you can attend one of our regularly scheduled proctoring sessions. Both online exams and the pen and paper exams are available.
