The second day and third day is another team simulation "The Apprentice" which is a competitive team simulation based on the american TV show where team design a project plan, marketing and sales strategy, and logistical plan to actually take a product or service to market and generate revenue.

The program ends by executive "think tank" an opportunity to brain storm and obtain input from peers to be followed by blueprint formulation.
