What is it? - The two-day Lean Management Certification is for people who are hands on practitioners in processes. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is not a pre-requisite.
Lean Management is about looking at the whole picture of all the processes that are required to deliver a product or service. One of the primary focuses of lean management is to eliminate waste; that is, anything that does not add value to the final product or service is reduced or eliminated. A second major focus is to empower people at lowest level, and make operational decisions at the lowest level possible.
