This 3-day, instructor led PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2 structured project management method, to a level where you can use it to undertake many of the PRINCE2 roles within a project.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination during the course.
Previous experience of PRINCE2 is not essential, but a basic awareness of project work in your own environment or a general understanding of project management would be advantageous.
The course fee includes pre-course reading, Managing Successful Projects the PRINCE2 manual, A PRINCE2 Pocketbook, registration and the PRINCE2 Foundation examination.
