Project Management

PMI PMP or CAPM in Chester England UK?
PMI PMP and CAPM is recognised in the UK and globally. Kennedy Ryder's PMP Examination course prepares candidates for success in the examination.
Charles Ryder designed this course to be a condensed three days in the knowledge that most project managers who apply for the PMI PMP or CAPM examinations have already sufficient hours of project management training to meet the PMI PMP or CAPM standard.
The course concentrates on PMI PMP and CAPM syllabus as per the PMI PMBoK and has mock examinations after each session and a large mock examination at the end of the course.
Special attention is given to Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Critical Path Analyis (CPA or CPM) and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) calculations because these are typically PMI PMP areas where attendees need some training. Practical exercises are spread thoughout the course so that when the delegates return to work they are able to use the techniques and not just talk about them.

More about the PMP® and CAPM® Examination

PMP® and CAPM® are internationally recognized project management qualifications that are highly prized by employers and project managers. For the employer it means that a project manager with the PMP® or CAPM® qualification has demonstrated a very high level of knowledge in the techniques and theory of project management and has shown application and persistence to study and succeed.

Kennedy Ryder’s experience is that most of those who aspire to gain PMP® or CAPM® status have already undertaken sufficient hours of project management training to meet the PMI® criteria. The criterion is 35 hours of training for the PMP® exam and 23 hours for the CAPM® exam. For this reason the Kennedy Ryder PMP® & CAPM® Examination Preparation Course is 4 days (35 hours) long and concentrates on the more difficult aspects of the PMBOK®; examination technique; and answering mock examination questions. This has been found to be a very successful formula.
