Linkagea ™s Interactive On-line Session of Change Leadership helps managers and leaders understand what it takes to lead change. It provides critical change leadership concepts and practices, a rock-solid change process, and smart tools designed to prevent common derailers and realize the benefits of real change. Discussions, activities, assessments, and application to participantsa ™ own real-world changes help embed the learning and ensure skill development.
This special online offering is comprised of six live online facilitated sessions including pre- and post-work a led by Linkage Vice Presidenta ™s Marcus Marcero and Dana Davidson. Each session will be 90 minutes in length and scheduled on a weekly basis where possible.
