nThe current economic downturn has given rise to a massive increase in the number of troubled construction projects. Whether trouble arises from the withdraw or lack of funding or a failure in performance of the contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to perform, the reality is that each project represents unique challenges that must be met head on. This teleconference presents the issues surrounding the project and is designed to assist owners and contractors in dealing with these projects, identifying the risks, analyzing the potential path forward and to focus attention on the potential strategies to adopt in dealing with the troubled project.
