In addition to estate taxes, clients' families need protection from probate, bad marriages and creditors, especially if they get into financial distress in the future. This teleconference will help you address all of these issues. Find out how to avoid probate, especially lifetime probate. Learn about the flexibility that our estate and gift tax laws provide, if only the taxpayer plans ahead.
