In this two day seminar students become familiar with the ISO 9001: 2008 standard, its structure, and the requirements necessary for registration. Students also learn a what is a process audit,a how to develop a checklist, how to ask leading questions, how to conduct the audit and how to create an audit report. We'll discuss evidence required on both days of the seminar.
