The Team Leaders' Program is the foundation programme for managers wishing to develop their management style in order to increase their effectiveness in today's business environment.
The structure of one seminar per month over three months allows the introduction of new ideas and the opportunity to put them into practice - the chance to do things differently. The sessions encourage discussions around participants' issues and the practical application of new ideas at work. The aim is to provide individuals with a stimulating environment in which they can make gains in the quality of their personal leadership style.
The focus is on the critical area of high quality communication and the management of relationships which take up a substantial part of every manager's time. It is an all-embracing time management and personal leadership programme which lays the foundation for a strong management approach
