IELTS Train the trainer
We, at Trainers n Mentors have conceptualised the IELTS Train the trainer program for teachers / trainers / coaches involved in coaching for IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
IELTS as a testing system is widely recognised and the numbers for IELTS enrolments have been steadily rising since the last decade across the globe specifically more so in South Asia. Unfortunately there are fewer IELTS doctors (for want of an appropriate analogy) and more quacks operating in this market. The sad part is that many of our English teaching fraternity also fall for this gullible trap in the race to make some quick money.
The IELTS Train the trainer program aims at equipping an academically sound fraternity involved in training for IELTS. On completion of the program they would be armed with the necessary skills, information and tools for an elaborate and meaningful IELTS training dissemination. This would also open career avenues for many of them. The Nepalese students would also greatly benefit from this endeavour as their chances of clearing the IELTS test would certainly show a marked improvement. In short it would be in the overall interest of both, the English language teachers and learners in Nepal.
The IELTS train the trainer program has been conceptualised by me and has been a great success in India. My association with IELTS as an IELTS Exam administrator, evaluator, certificate signatory, business development in charge and last but not the least as a certified and a successful human resources professional has been sustained and result oriented.
