This course is designed to cover the fundamentals of Excel/ VBA with special focus on the numerics for Financial IT processes. Participants will want to become proficient in designing, implementing, testing and maintaining Excel/ VBA applications in order to create new and improve upon existing Financial IT processes.
Key areas include:
1. The VBA programming language.
2. The Visual Basic Editor.
3. Implementation of pricers for traders and equipment financiers.
4. Formal design processes for VBA Developers and Project Managers.
5. Case studies and assignments to reinforce key concepts.
6. Individual and team workshops to develop core IT and project skills.
We cover all material through a theory course, practical workshop and homework assignments.
This course will be held on location in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, London, Dubai, Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney.
