In the last two years, the OFCCP has come out with new regulations on the collection, storage, and reporting of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) data on applicants. Here is a brief summary of the OFCCPa s four major criteria to use when defining an internet applicant:
* The individual submits an expression of interest in employment through the Internet.
* The company considers the individual for employment for a particular position.
* The expression of interest indicates that they meet the basic qualifications of the position.
* No indication was received that they are no longer is interested in the position.
