This personal trainer course is great fora people who want a career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. Upon competition you will be awarded the nationally recognised certificate from Active IQ and have the option to also be awarded a certificate from Central YMCA Qualifications. You may study this course in your own time and at your own pace.

Personal Training Certificate
With this personal trainer course I can gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK as well as qualify for entry on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 3. I can also start my own Personal Training business.
During this personal trainer course I ll learn about designing cardiovascular and resistance training programmes, systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety. I will also learn how to assess my clients fitness level and design a program to meet their goals.
I ll study this personal trainer course online. I can work at my own pace, in my own time and from where I like. All I have to attend personally is the assessment day, the practicum component and the optional training days if I choose them.

The personal trainer qualification I gain is accredited by Active IQ and Central YMCA Qualifications and is internationally recognized.
