Fitness Instructor Certificate
With this fitness course I can gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK as well as qualify for entry on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 2.
During this fitness course I ll learn about designing cardiovascular and resistance training programmes, systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety.
I ll study this fitness course online. I can work at my own pace, in my own time and from where I like. All I have to attend personally is the assessment day, the practicum component and the optional training days if I choose them.

The fitness qualification I gain is accredited by Active IQ and Central YMCA Qualifications and is internationally recognized.
