Group Exercise To Music Instructor Certificate
With this group exercise to music course I can... gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK, or be a freelance instructor as well as qualify for entry on the Register Of Exercise Professionals (REPS).
During the group exercise to music and aerobics instructors course I ll learn about... designing freestyle aerobics and body conditioning classes, systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety. I will then be able to do further courses in order to teach Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Health Related Exercise for Children, pump fx, groove fx and/ or stomp fx.
I ll study this group exercise to music course... online. I can work at my own pace, in my own time and from where I like. All I have to attend personally is the assessment day, the practicum component and the optional training day if I choose to.

The group exercise to music qualification I gain... is accredited by Active IQ and Central YMCA Qualifications and is internationally recognised.
