Our self-paced online value stream mapping program covers all of the topics our classroom version covers. The format includes audio-visual presentation, case studies, and a final quiz. And, just as our classroom version does, students will have the ability to contact the instructor with questions, requests for feedback on ideas and case exercises. Students will also be able to contact each other with questions/ ideas via an online forum.

Value Stream Mapping Online
The Value Stream Mapping program is self-paced and up to 3 months are allotted to complete it; students will have access to the program for 1 year. Upon completion, students will receive an electronic certificate of completion.
Upon completion of the Value Stream Mapping program including the audio-visual presentation, readings, case assignment, and test, students will have applied and will have demonstrated application of the following subject matter:
Lean Principles
7 Wastes
Value Stream Identification
Current State Value Stream Mapping
Future State Value Stream Mapping
Value Stream Implementation Planning
Leveling Production (Heijunka)
One Piece Flow / Continuous Flow
Replenishment and Sequential Pull Systems
FIFO Flow
