Our self-paced online Continuous Flow Manufacturing Cells training program covers all of the topics our classroom version covers. The program will teach students how to design manufacturing cells with continuous or FIFO flow. The format includes audio-visual presentation, templates, case studies, and a final quiz. And, like our classroom version, students will have the ability to contact the instructor with questions, feedback on case exercises, and requests for feedback on ideas. Students will also be able to contact each other with questions/ ideas via an online forum.

Continuous Flow Manufacturing Cells Online
The Creating Continuous Flow Manufacturing Cells program is self-paced and up to 3 months are allotted to complete it; students will have access to the program for 1 year. Upon completion, students will receive an electronic certificate of completion. The program will equip students to design manufacturing cells.
Upon completion of the audio-visual presentations, case exercises, readings, and final test; students will have a working knowledge of the following subject matter:

7 Wastes
Operational Stability and Standardized Work
Leveling Production
Flow and Pull Systems Overview
Cell Design and Layout
Material Replenishment Using Kanban
Line Balancing / Distributing Work
Cell Design and Standardized Work Case Exercise
Upon completion of the audio-visual presentations, case exercises, readings, and final test; students will have a working knowledge of the following subject matter:
