Our self-paced online 5S, 7 Wastes, and Standardized Work training program covers all of the topics our classroom version covers. Students will have a working knowledge of the 7 Wastes of Lean Manufacturing, Standardized Work Design, and the 5S Visual Workplace. The format includes audio-visual presentation, templates, and a final quiz. And, like our classroom version, students will have the ability to contact the instructor with questions and requests for feedback on ideas. Students will also be able to contact each other with questions/ ideas via an online forum.

5S, 7 Wastes, and Standardized Work Training Online
The 5S, 7 Wastes, and Standardized Work training program is self-paced and up to 3 months are allotted to complete it; students will have access to the program for 1 year. Upon completion, students will receive an electronic certificate of completion.
