All of our training is guaranteed to improve workplace collaboration and productivity or you do not pay. Training can be conducted at your site or at the Four Mounds Inn & Conference Center in Dubuque, Iowa.

Team building
Through a series of hands-on, interactive activities, participants are placed in situations similar in concept to what they may encounter in the workplace. The team must work together to successfully complete these activities. Discussion on how what they just attempted as it relates to their behavior in the workplace takes part throughout this workshop. Decision making, problem solving, working together, leadership, and how the individual team members relate to each other are all addressed.
How the team's interactions and processes support the preferred company culture are discussed. With an agreement moving forward that each of the team members will hold each other positively and appropriately accountable to the goals and expectations identified during the workshop.
