The Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAA) TAA 40104 can be completed as through blended-delivery (with 5 day face-to-face workshop), or as a self-paced course through distance-learning. It is a Austraian nationally accredited and recognised training course designed for to qualify students to be a a certified trainer in virtually any given industry.
