Lean Workshop
This is a Lean Mfg Workshop. The primary purpose of this session will be to discuss how to apply Lean in small businesses and non production environments.
A presentation will also be conducted reviewing the Body of Knowledge (BOK) for the Lean Specialist Exam.
The course location will be at the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce in Kannapolis, NC.
