The Diploma in TAA replaces the older Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems (BSZ50198) qualification, and is now the Australiann standard in advanced skills and knowledge in training systems.
The Diploma in TAA will teach you to maintain and enhance professional practice, advanced facilitation or learning support, and how to lead an coordinate assessment systems and services. Additionally, you will learn to conduct training and assessment evaluations, lead a team that fosters innovation, and how to develop TAA organisational polices and procedures, as well as how to manage contracted work, manage people, and how to recruit, select and induct staff.
