Introduction to Counselling Theory (Exploring Personality and the Person Centred Approach)
You are invited to join a group of like minded people to explore and understand what makes you the person you are. There will be lots of practical exercises where you can explore the ideas and work of Carl Rogers, who pioneered the person centred approach.
This course will give you first hand experience of learning and working in a person-centred environment and provide opportunities for personal development and increased self-awareness.
Through exploring Rogers' theory behind the concept of personality, and using you own personal experience as a resource, you will learn a great deal about yourself and about how you respond to others. There will be a lot of groupwork and an encounter group day.

About The Training Provider: Who are you now?
Who are you now? - Our world requires us to work with each other and as it becomes a faster and more diverse place, this can be quite a challenge.
How do we fit in but still retain our individuality?
How can we make our voice heard, without stepping on anyone else?
How do we make sure that we are not being stepped on?
Do people see us as we think they do, or are we getting lost in translation?
How can...
