Date   Location
24th Nov, 2009   St Thomas' Church Hall, Earlham Road, Norwich, NR2 3QR   [Register]
Introduction to Counselling Theory (Exploring Personality and the Person Centred Approach) You are invited to join a group of like minded people to explore and understand what makes you the person you are. There will be lots of practical exercises where you can explore the ideas and work of Carl Rogers, who pioneered the person centred approach.

This course will give you first hand experience of learning and working in a person-centred environment and provide opportunities for personal development and increased self-awareness.

Through exploring Rogers' theory behind the concept of personality, and using you own personal experience as a resource, you will learn a great deal about yourself and about how you respond to others. There will be a lot of groupwork and an encounter group day.
