Business and Management Skills

Illumine Training
Stress management and maximising staff or employee engagement are vitally important for the long term success of any organisation. Stress is a natural part of our working lives and is only a problem when we become unable to cope. Most of us welcome the opportunity to be challenged in our work, to be engaged in what we are doing - to be motivated and fulfilled. However it is easy to cross the line - to go from positive challenge to unacceptable stress.
