Step 1: Prepare
Professional Process Server Course

Learn:
Arizona process server laws and rules of service
how to properly serve within the laws of Arizona
how to file and fill out an affidavit of service
best business practices
tests given to sharpen your test taking skills and reinforce our training
if you do not pass the licensing test, you may retake this course at no additional cost
can be taken for continuing education - 10 CE credits for refresher and updates in the laws
day and evening classes
Requirements to license:
must be 21 years of age
be an Arizona resident for a minimum of one year
have a clean record
pass an FBI criminal background check
pass the certification test


Now your ready to take the test for your Arizona Process Server license. Where do I go?

Testing for license: is only proctored at your county Superior Court with their proprietary proctored tests. You should schedule your test date at least two weeks in advance to assure a seat. Call the County of your residence to locate the test dates for the Arizona State Process Server license exam. The counties and their contact numbers are listed below for your convienience. Maricopa County test dates are:



Maricopa County 2009 Process Server certification test dates: 1/ 22, 2/ 26, 3/ 26, 4/ 23, 5/ 28, 6/ 25, 7/ 23, 8/ 27, 9/ 24, 10/ 22, 11/ 19, 12/ 17. It is recommended to sign up at least one month prior to the testing dates. All tests start promptly at 9: 30 am. 620 W Jackson, Suite 3017. Parking located at 601 W Jackson.
