Supply Schedule contracting is a convenient way for companies to sell their products to the federal government. However, doing business under
GSA FSS contracts presents a number of compliance issues, with one of the most important being the price reduction clause. This clause is included in all of the GSA Multiple
Award Schedule schedules and essentially it guarantees that GSA receives a contractor's most favored customer pricing upon award and protects it from any lower pricing being offered to other categories of customers without extending the same courtesy to the federal government. It is essential that contractors understand the requirements of the
PRC and have adequate procedures in place to ensure compliance. This teleconference will focus on issues relating to the GSA price reduction clause.
