Provided by Central Trade Skills
The Full Scope Scheme is for those whose main role is domestic electrical installations or maintenance and wishes able to carry out full electrical installations including installing new consumer units or ring mains. The Full Scope qualification includes all the areas originally mapped in the EAS document that detailed 17 competency areas for electrical work being carried out within domestic properties. This course has been fully updated in line with BS7671: 2008 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
Logic Certification has developed a full scope Part P electrical qualification for those who wish to join either the ELECSA or NICEIC Electrical Competent Person Schemes.

Training Program Details
1-week programme
Gain a theoretical and practical experience within the following:
Installation of radial circuit
Installation of spur to Ring Final Circuit
Installation of additional lighting and control circuit
Initial Inspection and Verification of Electrical System
Visual Inspection for Fault identification on Electrical System
Visual Inspection for Fault Identification of Heating Systems
Identification of Electrical System Components
Course duration
1 week
Qualification:
Logic Part P Full scope
Who should attend:
Anyone wants to carry out electrical work including plumbers, kitchen fitters and heating engineers.
Experience:
Some prior experience of working with electrical wiring would be an advantage but is not essential.
Age / Gender:
Any
Course objectives:
On successful completion students can carry out Full scope electrical work as outlined in the Part P Building Regulation
What do I need to bring?
Tools and books are provided for use within the training centre only. You may wish to purchase your own books prior to coming on the course as they provide a good source of reference. A mobile canteen sells a selection of hot and cold food at lunch time.
